We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals with customer service / telephone based experience to join our Financial Services client based in Basildon. The successful Customer Service Agents will be working within a fast-paced and energised call centre environment, You will be required to deal with Inbound calls or Outbound calls from clients and customers professionally and confidently. Full training is given.

Job details:

  • This is a full-time temp to perm position and applicants must be available to work 5 days a week Monday – Sunday and flexible to work shifts between the hours of 12pm – 9pm, with one weekend day as a day shift.
  • Start date 19th July 2021, video interviews to be help asap

As the first point of customer support key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling high volume of inbound / outbound calls
  • Be responsible for offering a consistent and outstanding level of customer service
  • Taking ownership and responsibility for identifying the customer’s needs using appropriate questioning, listening skills to offer appropriate solutions
  • Working on a computer and using an in house system to be able to provide the best customer service
  • Building key relationships with customers and clients

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience of working in a customer focused environment. Telephone/call centre experience preferable but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Good listening and negotiation skills
  • High level of attention to detail
