We are currently recruiting Customer Service Administrators on behalf of our Financial Services client based in Basildon. This is a full-time temporary position with permanent opportunities and applicants must be flexible to work 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday.

The start date for the positions is Monday 12th July 2021 with interviews to be held immediately virtually via Microsoft Teams.

The role will involve:

  • Responding to customers by e-mail or letter to resolve queries/obtain information
  • Working within a fast-paced environment
  • Processing transactions to agreed service levels, quality standards and where relevant within agreed financial authority limits
  • Support and take an active role in service improvement/process improvement initiatives or projects as required
  • Keeps own knowledge of processes, products and appropriate regulation up to date

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous administration based experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High level of attention to detail
