We are currently seeking a Telesales Executive, the ideal individual will be confident on the phone and able to build relationships with new customers and empathetic with existing customers. If you looking to a future role in client services ad are keen to progress this could be the position for you. The successful Telesales Executive will be joining a thriving business with modern offices and with major accounts (Netflix, PlayStation, XBOX, Tesco’s) but small enough that you will be treated as an individual. Competent with Microsoft office.

Telesales Executive role:

  • Sitting within the Commercial team, as a Telesales Executive, making outbound calls, taking inbound enquiries, upselling and offering new products, to the client base.
  • Contacting potential or existing customers to upsell new products and services
  • Answering questions about products and the Company
  • Self-generation of leads
  • Following up and closing third party leads
  • Learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospective clients


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a Telesales representative or other Sales/Customer Service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets, preferably telephone based
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
